This role offers a unique blend of technical and customer-facing responsibilities, making it an ideal fit for individuals who enjoy working with numbers and interacting with customers. **Key Responsibilities** • Complete statistical access and balancing features to ensure accurate and timely processing of transactions • Coordinate with contributors, vendors, the Federal Reserve Bank, and other institutions to resolve issues and facilitate smooth transactions • Assist various departments with fraud resolution, member inquiries, and accounting standard ledger balancing • Work member cases/assignments and ensure timely resolution • Follow and maintain guidelines and procedures to ensure strict compliance with NACHA regulations and guidelines, as well as Federal Banking laws • Process mortgage bills, multi-account and member deposits, credit card bills, and other exams, including IRA, bankruptcy, and payoff exams • Review, examine, and approve Remote Deposit, Mobile, ATM, and other imaged-enabled products • Log, study, and make important GL, account changes, and/or returns • Process Stop Pays and Check Batching • Complete daily balancing and department closing • Obtain information from contributors for timely and accurate processing of international and domestic budget transfer requests • Research and verify incoming and outgoing budget transfer information • Communicate with vendors to facilitate budget transfers • Understand and be familiar with outgoing and incoming budget transfer laws • Deposit check returns, review member re-exams on draft changes, process member exams, verify contributors for outgoing budget transfers, and Federal Reserve verifying and releasing budget transfers • Complete daily processing of workflows associated with overdue returns, supply of receipts, international collections, and legal fees **What You'll Need for Success** **Minimum Qualifications** • High school degree or GED • Intermediate Excel and Word experience **Preferred Qualifications** • Previous customer/member service experience • Previous banking or Credit Union experience • Episys/Symitar and processing wires experience **Essential Skills and Competencies** • Skilled in Microsoft Office software (e.g., Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint) through work experience or education and hands-on use • Ability to work prolonged hours in support of business needs • Ability to exercise excellent customer service skills • Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple responsibilities, and function as an integral part of a team • Ability to perform mathematical calculations and analyze data • Ability to effectively prioritize work and meet deadlines under high volume pressure • Ability to cross-train and perform any position assigned within the department • Ability to interact professionally with all personnel and contributors • Ability to work independently and with minimum supervision • Ability to self-motivate with strong employer skills and capacity for attention to detail • Ability to effectively prioritize work and meet deadlines • Ability to maintain excellent performance and attendance • Must pass relevant arenaflex and Credit Union pre-employment compliance exams **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to the growth and development of our employees.
