**Key Responsibilities**

* **Exception Processing**: Processing exceptions into the Case module, creating credit memos, filing freight claims, and reshipping items as required.
* **Freight Claims**: Processing freight claims, resolving disputes with carriers, and filing claim paperwork.
* **Compliance**: Adhering to arenaflex's Core Values and Purpose, attending scheduled meetings, and following all safety guidelines and policies.
**Essential Qualifications**
* **Experience**: At least 2 years of experience in a relationship-building customer service environment, preferably in a tangible goods industry.
* **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and internal stakeholders.
* **Problem-Solving**: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze issues, identify solutions, and implement effective resolutions.
* **Time Management**: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.

* **ERP Experience**: Experience with ERP systems such as Epicor.
* **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent.
