**Responsibilities:**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
* Managing inbound calls in a timely manner, following call center scripts when handling different topics
* Researching participant accounts to provide accurate and efficient responses
* Addressing basic questions or issues, and keeping accurate records of all conversations
* Meeting contractual qualitative and quantitative targets, and performing tasks associated with call handling
* Conducting basic plan and participant file research and updates
* Collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless customer service and support
**Key Qualifications:**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* At least six (6) months to one (1) year of experience in an office setting taking inbound calls
* Demonstrated typing/keyboard skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to facilitate clear and accurate exchange of information to callers
* Quality and accuracy of tasks
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
* Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications

* Experience working in a customer service or call center environment
