**About the Role**
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our growing team at arenaflex. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of our company, providing prompt and considerate service to all customers. You will be responsible for ensuring that all requests/required data entry is accurate and completed on time, while maintaining performance levels to specified goals.

**Requirements**
* High School Diploma or GED
* 1 year of Call Center or Animal Health Experience
* Excellent leadership and organizational skills
* Proficiency with computer systems
* Ability to work both autonomously and in a team environment
* Positive attitude and strong communication skills
* Ability to pay attention to detail and retain information readily
* Knowledge of customer relations theory and practices
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
* Familiarity with arenaflex products and services
