**Experienced Customer Service Representative - Remote Opportunity at arenaflex**

As a valued member of our team, you'll be part of a global network that's dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences and making a real difference in the lives of our customers. **Why You'll Love This Role** As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be an integral part of our Payments and Digital Strategy team, working closely with our Credit Union to provide top-notch support to our customers. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: * Completing data access and balancing tasks to ensure seamless operations * Coordinating return items with vendors, the Federal Reserve Bank, and other institutions * Assisting other departments with fraud resolution, member inquiries, and accounting standard ledger balancing * Working member cases and sports assigned to you * Following and maintaining guidelines and procedures to ensure strict compliance with NACHA regulations and guidelines, as well as Federal Banking laws * Processing mortgage bills, multi-account and member deposits, credit card bills, and other exams, including IRA, bankruptcy, and payoff exams * Reviewing, examining, and approving Remote Deposit, Mobile, ATM, and other imaged-enabled products * Logging, reviewing, and making necessary GL, account changes, and/or returns * Processing Stop Pays and Check Batching * Completing daily balancing and department closing * Obtaining information from customers for the timely and accurate processing of international and domestic wire transfer requests * Researching and verifying incoming and outgoing wire transfer information * Communicating with vendors to process wire transfers * Understanding and being familiar with outgoing and incoming wire transfer laws * Depositing check returns, reviewing member check returns on draft changes, processing member checks, affirming customers for outgoing wire transfers, and Federal Reserve verifying and releasing wire transfers * Completing daily processing of workflows associated with overdue returns, supply of receipts, international collections, and legal fees **What You'll Need to Succeed** To excel in this role, you'll need to possess a combination of skills, experience, and personal qualities. Here are the minimum qualifications we're looking for: * High school degree or GED * Intermediate Excel and Word experience * Ability to work prolonged hours in support of business needs * Ability to exercise excellent customer service skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple responsibilities, and function as an integral part of a team * Ability to perform mathematical calculations and review data * Ability to effectively prioritize work and meet deadlines under high volume pressure * Ability to cross-train and perform any position assigned within the department * Ability to interact professionally with all personnel and customers * Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision * Ability to self-motivate with strong employer skills and ability for attention to detail * Ability to effectively prioritize work and meet deadlines * Ability to maintain excellent performance and attendance * Must pass relevant arenaflex and Credit Union pre-employment compliance exams **Preferred Qualifications** While the minimum qualifications above are essential, we're also looking for candidates with the following preferred qualifications: * Previous customer/member service experience * Previous banking or Credit Union experience * Episys/Symitar and processing wires experience **What You'll Get** As a valued member of our team, you'll enjoy a range of benefits and perks that will make your career at arenaflex truly rewarding.
