**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences through phone and email interactions. You'll be the face of our company, ensuring that every customer interaction is positive, efficient, and effective. Your primary goal will be to meet departmental targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Handle both incoming and outgoing calls in a contact center environment
* Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills and a positive attitude while interacting with customers, representatives, and management
* Build rapport with customers and establish a strong relationship
* Maintain detailed records of vendor and part communications in our database or shared systems as required
* Be proficient in working multiple subordinate tasks and consistently review educational materials
* Clearly communicate all Auto Projects, including Advancements and Extraordinary Proposals, to customers
* May lead phases of preparation to vendors on advancements and extraordinary offers
* May lead post-purchase advancements reviews with customers
* Adhere to all established policies and procedures
* May be required to work in the Contact Center Channel
* Other duties as assigned
**Essential Qualifications**
* Unparalleled written and verbal communication skills
* Positive outlook and strong work ethic
* Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
* Ability to learn quickly
* Excellent perception skills
* When training is complete, Quality Screens scores should meet the minimum standards of 95% or above
* Ability to type at least 35 wpm
* Maintain a superb Participation and Reliability record (see Participation strategy for details)
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Previous customer service experience in a contact center environment
* Familiarity with retail industry and products
* Experience with CRM software and other customer relationship management tools
* Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
