**Job Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing a positive experience for our members through telephone and email interactions. Your primary goal will be to ensure that customer inquiries are handled efficiently, effectively, and with a high level of professionalism. Key responsibilities include:
* Handling both incoming and outgoing calls in a contact center environment
* Demonstrating exceptional customer service skills and a high level of empathy while interacting with members, representatives, and management
* Building rapport with customers to establish a positive relationship
* Maintaining accurate records of vendor and part communications in our database or shared systems as required
* Proficiency in working multiple subordinate tasks
* Consistently reviewing educational materials to stay up-to-date on products and services
* Clearly communicating all Auto Projects, including Advancements and Extraordinary Proposals, to customers
* Leading phases of preparation to sellers on advancements and extraordinary offers
* Leading post-buy advancements reviews with customers
* Adhering to all established policies and procedures
* May be required to work in a contact center channel
* Other duties as assigned
**Essential Qualifications**
* Unparalleled written and verbal communication skills
* Positive attitude and strong work ethic
* Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
* Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations
* Excellent perception skills
* Ability to type at least 35 wpm
* Ability to maintain a superb Participation and Reliability record (see Participation strategy for details)
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a retail or contact center environment
* Familiarity with arenaflex products and services
* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
* Certification in customer service or a related field
