You'll also be responsible for selling targeted products and services, promoting a professional and customer-friendly delivery of service, and building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities** * Ensure timely and accurate delivery of customer responses, resolving product, service, or account issues, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate team for timely resolution. * Provide mobile device support, troubleshoot login issues and/or technical issues, and assist customers with inquiries and/or problem resolution in a professional and composed manner. * Promote a professional and customer-friendly delivery of service to internal and external customers, creating a connection and developing rapport with customers to provide outstanding, personalized service. * Ensure customers/clients are quickly connected to the appropriate teammate with the expertise to meet their needs, following established policies, procedures, and guidelines to protect both the customers and the company. * Build, develop, and maintain partnerships with teammates and specialists to maximize effectiveness and serve customers, maintaining abreast and informed of changes in the company's products, services, and procedures. * Adhere to company policies and procedures, code of ethics, and all Federal, State, and local laws. **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience * Experience in mobile device support, financial services, retail sales, or a goal-oriented environment (0+ years) * Ability to respond and assist customers with inquiries and/or problem resolution * Ability to educate customers on a service or product solution * Ability to work effectively as a team member * Proficiency in basic computer and data entry skills * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Ability to adhere to policies, procedures, and instructions of management * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team to meet common objectives * Ability to respond to internal and external requests as needed **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a remote or call center environment * Knowledge of financial products and services * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work effectively in a team environment * Proficiency in basic computer and data entry skills * Strong customer service skills, with a focus on building strong relationships and resolving complex issues * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines * Strong organizational and time management skills **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
