**Responsibilities**
• **Customer Support**: Assist customers with their accounts, providing detailed explanations of account statuses, and addressing inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• **Documentation**: Ensure all account information is accurately documented in our client's system, maintaining the highest level of data integrity and security.
• **Delinquent Accounts**: Assist customers with delinquent accounts based on various state guidelines, providing guidance and support to resolve issues efficiently.
• **Regulatory Compliance**: Adhere to State and Federal regulations pertaining to job duties, ensuring our customers receive the highest level of support while maintaining compliance.
• **Performance Metrics**: Maintain an average Inbound Handle Time, achieve Quality Assurance goals, and adhere to Production measures (time spent on calls, schedule adherence, etc.).
• **Communication**: Develop strong relationships with customers, actively listening to understand their needs and providing solutions that meet their expectations.
**Requirements**
• **Prior Call Center Experience**: We require prior call center experience, as this role demands a high level of expertise in customer service and account management.
• **Excellent Communication Skills**: Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
• **Technical Skills**: Experience navigating multiple systems/screens while speaking with customers, with proficiency in Microsoft applications (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook).
• **Active Listening**: Demonstrate active listening skills, understanding customers' needs and providing solutions that meet their expectations.
• **Problem-Solving**: Exhibit great problem-solving skills, thinking critically to resolve complex issues and provide innovative solutions.
