**Responsibilities:**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:
* Actively listening to customers to understand their concerns and needs
* Providing information about their current plans and products, and identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell
* Positioning new solutions that align with customers' needs, and navigating through multiple computer applications with speed and accuracy
* Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
* Meeting and exceeding performance metrics and targets
**Work at Home Requirements:**
To ensure your success as a remote Customer Service Representative, we require:
* High-speed internet with at least 10 Mbps download speed (no satellite)
* A quiet, secured workspace that is free from distractions and interruptions
* A USB wired headset with noise-canceling microphone
* A reliable computer with a stable internet connection
**Additional Requirements:**
To be considered for this role, you must:
* Be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent
* Have a customer-focused personality and a desire to help people
* Possess high computer proficiency and overall technical knowledge
* Have a professional, positive attitude and courteous telephone etiquette
* Be willing to work one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday)
