**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you will be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer service to CCA customers via inbound calls, responding to program questions and bill-related inquiries
* Developing a deep understanding of our assigned CCA programs, billing, and customer service complexities
* Ensuring that all required contractual and Service Level Agreements are met
* Utilizing strong written and verbal communication skills to resolve customer inquiries and provide expert knowledge to internal colleagues
* Working to consistently improve by implementing feedback from regular coaching sessions
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Education: High School Diploma required; Associate's Degree or above preferred
* Experience: 2 years of customer service experience preferred
* Language: Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
* Technical Skills: Proficient in Excel, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, and keyboard shortcuts
