**What You'll Do**

**What You'll Need**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* 2 years of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
* Strong written, verbal, and listening skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and Team Members.
* Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and adapt to changing business needs.
* Proficiency in computer usage, data entry, and internet browsing to assist customers efficiently.
* Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed by the business unit.
* Dedication to maintaining confidentiality and securing critical information.
* High school graduate or equivalent experience.
* Ability to pass a background check.
**Technical Requirements**
To ensure a seamless customer experience, you'll need:
* A dedicated workspace with a computer, monitor, keyboard, mouse, headset, and webcam.
* A reliable wired, high-speed internet connection with a download speed of at least 30 Mbps and an upload speed of at least 10 Mbps.
* A cell phone or tablet for two-factor authentication through Okta Verify.
