**Responsibilities:**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing prompt and considerate service to all customers, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded
* Ensuring that all requests and required data entry are accurate and completed on time, maintaining high levels of performance and productivity
* Maintaining a positive attitude and working collaboratively with the team to achieve shared goals and objectives
* Utilizing computer systems and technology to efficiently manage customer interactions and resolve issues
* Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and industry developments to provide informed and expert advice to customers
* Collaborating with internal stakeholders to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
**Requirements:**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A High School Diploma or equivalent
* 1 year of customer service or call center experience (preferably in a similar industry)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
* Proficiency in operating computers and utilizing software applications
* Ability to pay attention to detail and retain information readily
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends (11:00am to 7:30pm CST)
