With a strong focus on customer-centricity, we're dedicated to building long-lasting relationships with our members and partners. **Job Summary** As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing telephone assistance to Aetna Medicaid members and providers. You'll be the first point of contact for our members, answering their questions, resolving their concerns, and providing exceptional support.
