Job Summary
arenaflex is currently seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives to join our remote team. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of our company, providing exceptional service to our passengers via phone, email, and chat. You'll be responsible for resolving customer issues, answering questions, and ensuring that our passengers have a seamless travel experience. Description
As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where no two days are the same. You'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat
- Assisting customers with booking flights, making changes to existing reservations, and resolving any issues or concerns they may have
- Providing information on arenaflex policies and procedures
- Processing refunds and exchanges as needed
- Maintaining accurate customer records and documentation
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure excellent customer service
Requirements
To be successful as a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll need:
