**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team of dedicated professionals. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is a remote opportunity, and you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home.
**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Answering telephones and responding to basic customer questions using established methods provided in training
* Forwarding calls to appropriate personnel and recording call details on account history records
* Processing customer requests by sending faxes, returning telephone messages, sending mail documents, or using other related communication under direct supervision
* Providing basic business and analytical problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues
* Following oral and written directions to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution
**Essential Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A high school diploma or G.E.D.
* Zero or more years of customer service or other telephone experience
* Experience working with organizational functions and personnel
* Experience working with fax machines, computer software, and telephone technology
* Experience working with and skilled in the use of help desk software
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial:
* Basic business and analytical problem-solving skills
* Basic communication skills
* Ability to follow oral and written directions
**Work Environment**
As a remote Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home. You'll be required to work a Monday-to-Friday shift, with hours ranging between 6:00am and 9:00pm CT. You'll be working in an office environment, and may be required to work shift work.
