**Job Summary**

* Process and update customer information and flight details accurately in company systems.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of arenaflex's policies, procedures, and promotional offers.
* Assist with administrative tasks, ensuring smooth service delivery and efficient operations.
* Promote and maintain a positive company image by upholding arenaflex's customer service standards.
**Requirements**
* Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) and a friendly, positive attitude.
* Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure.
* High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred but not required).
* Experience in customer service is a plus, but not mandatory.
