**Essential Qualifications:**
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically, with a customer-centric mindset and a passion for helping others.
* Familiarity with computers and basic software applications, such as Microsoft Office Suite.
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively, with flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Previous experience in customer service or a related field, with a strong understanding of customer needs and expectations.

* Additional certifications in customer service or related fields, such as customer service management or conflict resolution.
