**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:
* Actively listening to customers to understand their concerns and needs
* Upselling products and features while emphasizing their benefits
* Demonstrating excellent soft skills to provide a world-class customer service experience
* Providing information about current plans and products
* Identifying and positioning new solutions that align with customer needs
* Navigating multiple computer applications with speed and accuracy
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you'll need to meet the following requirements:
* High-speed internet with a minimum download speed of 10 MBPS (no satellite)
* A USB wired headset with a noise-canceling microphone
* 18+ years of age and a high school diploma or equivalent
* Quiet, secured workspace

* At least 1 year of customer service experience
* Professional, positive attitude, and courteous telephone etiquette
* Experience using a computer in a work or non-work setting
* Ability to thrive in a highly structured environment
* Schedule with open availability (evenings/weekends required)
