**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing telephone assistance to our members and providers, answering a wide range of inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. You'll be working from home, using high-speed internet connectivity with secure service via ethernet cable, and will be required to commute to our office in Richmond, VA when unable to work from home due to prolonged technical problems.
**Responsibilities**
* Answer incoming member and provider calls and respond to inquiries regarding benefits, eligibility, services, prior authorization requirements, extra benefits and programs, etc.
* Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Communicate effectively with members and providers orally and in written form, meeting performance standards, attendance requirements, and call quality goals
* Work from home, using high-speed internet connectivity with secure service via ethernet cable
* Commute to our office in Richmond, VA when unable to work from home due to prolonged technical problems
* Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
**Requirements**
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Ability to communicate effectively with members and providers orally and in written form
* Ability to meet performance standards, attendance requirements, and call quality goals
* Ability to work from home and prove to be self-sufficient
* Must commute to the office in Richmond, VA when unable to work from home due to prolonged technical problems
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience working remotely in a call center setting
* Experience with Medicaid and Medicare
* Strong customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
