**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team and provide exceptional support to our clients. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing proactive solutions to meet their needs. **Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
* Resolving customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
* Providing proactive solutions to meet customer needs and exceed expectations
* Updating and changing account holder information
* Basic data entry
* Follow-up mail and email correspondence
* Performing account maintenance, including account changes, adjustments, and statement requests
* Accurately explaining terms and conditions, policies, and procedures relating to the account
* Preparing reports, including CSR Daily Activity report and cash out report
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* 1+ year consecutive Customer Service Experience
* Call Center experience is not required, but is a plus!
* 1+ year working with a computer system
* Proficient data entry skills required
* Positive demeanor and Customer Service Skills
* Strong attendance history and reliable transportation
* HS Diploma or GED
