We're committed to helping our team members achieve their career goals and aspirations. **Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities will include: * Handling and carefully responding to all customer inquiries * Providing excellent customer service through active listening * Working with confidential customer information and treating it sensitively * Aiming to resolve issues on the first call by being proactive * Appropriately communicating with customers **Qualifications** We're looking for fearless individuals who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that they do. To be considered for this role, you'll need: * 6 months of customer service experience minimum * Over 18 years of age * Ability to type 25 wpm * High School Graduate or GED * Comfort with desktop computer systems * Proven oral and written communication skills * Ability to recognize referral needs for customers * Ability to work in an environment free from paper and electronics (outside of arenaflex-provided equipment) * Ability to have a dedicated workspace free of distractions **What We Prefer** While not required, we prefer candidates with: * 6 months of Call Center experience * Logical problem-solving skills * Availability to work various shifts * Ability to use Windows operating systems * Organization and work prioritization skills **Work from Home Requirements** To ensure a seamless and productive remote work experience, you'll need: * Internet Connection Requirements: + Minimum subscribed download rate equal to or exceeds 25.0 Mbps + Minimum subscribed upload rate equal to or exceeds 5.0 Mbps + ISP must have no packet loss and ping under 50ms + Proof of internet speed required + Clean and quiet workspace **Be Part of Our arenaflex Family** At arenaflex, we're committed to creating a work environment that's inclusive, diverse, and supportive.
