**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Actively listening to customers to understand their concerns and needs
* Upselling products and features while emphasizing benefits and value
* Demonstrating excellent soft skills to provide the best customer service experience
* Providing information about current plans and products
* Identifying and positioning new solutions that align with customers' needs
* Navigating multiple computer applications with speed and accuracy
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* High-speed internet with at least 10 MBPS download speed (no satellite)
* A USB wired headset with noise-canceling microphone
* 18+ years of age and a high school diploma or GED
* A quiet, secured workspace

* At least 1 year of customer service experience
* Professional, positive attitude and courteous telephone etiquette
