Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team remotely. As a Customer Service Representative at Blithequark, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, addressing and resolving their questions and issues in a timely and professional manner. This role requires exceptional communication skills, diplomacy, and the ability to think on your feet while juggling multiple priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer support tickets, including answering questions and resolving issues related to existing orders in a timely and efficient manner.
- Manage high-volume phone calls to assist customers with existing orders and support new customers with placing new orders online.
- Respond to emails and address questions and concerns from customers, internal department queries relating to orders or payment on orders, and process servers in the field.
- Document issues in Confluence to ensure accurate tracking and resolution of customer concerns.
- Visit court dockets for information on case filing and occasionally pull filed papers to resolve customer issues.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned to support the team and ensure seamless customer experience.
Essential Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; 1-3 years of customer support or call center experience assisting customers over the phone.
- Technology driven with experience using computer programs such as Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word, PDF Editor, and phone systems.
- Document manipulation experience to accurately review and update customer information.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
- Ability to transcribe information, review an order, investigate issues, and implement solutions.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain a high level of work product in often stressful situations.
- Ability to anticipate issues and circumvent them to prevent delays.
- Ability to implement new processes and changes to improve performance.
- Typing speed of at least 55 wpm to efficiently manage customer interactions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a legal or related field.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other productivity tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
