**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner
* Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints, escalating complex problems to our technical teams as needed
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction

**Essential Qualifications**
* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or remote support environment
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and internal stakeholders
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex customer issues
* Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technical tools
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
* Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience working in a remote support environment or call center

* Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
* Bilingual or multilingual skills (English and another language)
