**Your Role**
As a Customer Service Representative at Arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences to our parent-clients. You'll be the go-to resource for addressing concerns, providing support, and consulting on our K-12 education platform. Your responsibilities will include:
* Acting as the primary point of contact for parent-clients, ensuring their concerns are heard, understood, and addressed promptly.
* Fostering positive, long-lasting relationships with parents and students, delivering exceptional service that builds trust and satisfaction.
* Addressing parent questions or concerns, ensuring that parent and student needs are met effectively and in a timely manner.
* Serving as the primary contact for potential customers, answering questions and providing support and consultation via WeChat, email, and phone calls.
