**Responsibilities**
As a remote technical support representative with arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your typical day will involve:
* Interacting with hundreds of callers daily, using techniques like active listening and critical thinking to resolve a wide array of customer service inquiries
* Actively resolving complaints and concerns within the queue
* Investigating billing and fraudulent activity concerns
* Processing account requests
* Providing guidance on product features and properly diagnosing hardware/software issues
* Screen sharing to resolve technical issues as needed
* Coordinating appointments for further troubleshooting and maintenance
* Researching articles and work instructions to efficiently resolve inquiries
* Properly documenting notes and effectively summarizing conversation details
* Openly accepting feedback, coaching, and training to further develop your skills
**Qualifications**
To succeed as a remote technical support representative with arenaflex, you'll need:
* A High School Diploma or GED
* The ability to build rapport and trust with people quickly
* The ability to articulate your thoughts clearly and concisely
* Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS, or comparable technology (preferred but not required)
* A strong customer service orientation and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences
