**Contractual Relationship**
As an independent contractor, you'll remain in a contractual relationship with arenaflex for the duration of your program assignment. You'll be responsible for your own taxes, benefits, and expenses. When you receive your contract, you'll be asked to agree to the terms and conditions, including the waiver of any claims against arenaflex for vacation pay, sick leave, retirement benefits, Social Security, worker's compensation, health or disability benefits, overtime, unemployment insurance benefits, or employee benefits of any kind.
