**Job Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Participating in paid focus groups, clinical trials, and phone interviews on various topics, including child-related issues, cell phones, entertainment, food, sports, electronics, pets, and automobiles
* Showing up at least 10 minutes prior to discussion start time and participating by completing written and oral instructions
* Completing written surveys provided for each panel and providing honest feedback on products and services
* Must actually use products and/or services, if provided, and be ready to discuss prior to meeting date
* Participating in online or in-person discussions, depending on the study requirements
* Providing feedback and insights on new products and services before they're launched to the public
* Enjoying free samples from our sponsors and partners in exchange for your honest feedback
**Qualifications and Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A high school diploma or its equivalent
* A smartphone with a working camera or a webcam on your desktop/laptop
* Access to a reliable internet connection
* The ability to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions
* Desire to fully participate in one or several of the above topics
* No experience required, but the ability to work independently is essential
