**Your Role at arenaflex**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the face of our company, interacting with customers from all walks of life. You will work in a collaborative and engaging environment, using your skills and creativity to find innovative solutions to customer inquiries and issues. Your responsibilities will include:
* Handling and carefully responding to all customer inquiries
* Providing excellent customer service through active listening
* Working with confidential customer information and treating it sensitively
* Resolving issues on the first call by being proactive
* Appropriately communicating with customers
* Calming and de-escalating any issues that may arise
* Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate
* Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
* Providing feedback on call issues
* Upselling when required
**Qualifications and Requirements**
We're looking for fearless and inspired individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment
* 6 months of customer service experience (preferred)
* Over 18 years of age
* Ability to type 25 wpm
* High School Graduate or GED
* Comfort with desktop computer systems
* Proven oral and written communication skills
* Logical problem-solving skills
* Ability to navigate Windows operating systems
* Organization and work prioritization skills
**Work from Home Requirements**
To ensure a seamless and productive work experience, you will need:
* Internet Connection Requirements:
+ Minimum subscribed download rate equal to or exceeds 12.0 Mbps
+ Minimum subscribed upload rate equal to or exceeds 3.0 Mbps
+ ISP must have no packet loss and ping under 50ms
+ Proof of internet speed required
