We're seeking an experienced customer service representative to join our remote team. As a customer service representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and customers, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience. **Key Responsibilities**
* Listen to customers, understand their needs, and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner

**Essential Qualifications**
* 18 years of age or older
* High school diploma or equivalent

* Ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words per minute)
* Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
* Basic understanding of Windows operating system
