* Scheduling call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
* Providing accurate and timely information to customers through various communication channels
* Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive issue resolution and follow-up
**Essential Qualifications:**
* Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams
* Basic computer skills and experience with customer service software and systems
* Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
* Excellent time management and organizational skills
