**Key Responsibilities**
As a customer service representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Answering client inquiries and providing product information in a timely and professional manner
* Helping customers resolve issues and concerns through empathetic and effective communication
* Learning and following all customer service procedures and policies to ensure a positive customer experience
* Meeting and exceeding personal and team target goals for customer satisfaction and resolution
* Recording, organizing, and filing customer interactions and account changes
* Upselling and cross-selling products and services to customers as needed
* Scheduling call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively over the phone, email, chat, and other communication platforms
* Basic computer skills and experience with software applications, including CRM systems
* Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Ability to listen actively, relay information, and answer questions and/or concerns in a clear and concise manner

**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial in this role:
* Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other sales and marketing tools

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
* Certification in customer service or a related field
