**Key responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:
* Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
* Issuing, reissuing, and refunding traveler tickets, as well as booking, ticketing, and confirming flight reservations.
* Rebooking travelers on oversold flights and during irregular operations.
* Performing traveler check-in and boarding functions, including correcting oversold seat assignments and issuing upgrades.
* Issuing vouchers and coordinating with vendors for traveler accommodations, meals, and transportation.
* Processing and completing credit card transactions at ticket counters and activation stations.
* Assisting customers with self-service kiosks and booth operations at ticket counters.
* Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and ensuring that all interactions are professional and courteous.
**Essential qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
* Bilingual language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in English and Spanish (or other languages as required).
* A valid driver's license and the ability to obtain proper airport power and US Customs security identification (if required).
* The ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen, comprehensive background check, or fingerprinting (as required).
* The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
**Preferred qualifications**
While not required, the following qualifications will be highly valued:
* Training and experience with Sabre or other travel service platforms.
* Previous customer service experience, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences.
* Working knowledge of airport operations and procedures.
* Ability to work in a high-speed environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
