**Key Responsibilities:**
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional service to customers through phone, email, and chat support
* Resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner
* Processing customer transactions, including ticket sales, refunds, and exchanges
* Maintaining accurate records and reports, including customer interactions and transactions

**All You'll Need for Success:**
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
* Bilingual language skills (English and Spanish) preferred
* Relevant customer service experience, preferably in a call center or airline environment
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Training and experience with Sabre or other customer service software
* Previous experience in a high-volume call center environment
* Working knowledge of airline operations and policies
* Certification in customer service or a related field
