**Key Responsibilities**
As a Work at Home Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:

**Schedule and Flexibility**

As a Work at Home Customer Service Representative, you'll have the opportunity to create a schedule that works best for you, with the majority of work hours taking place during weekdays and daytime hours. We also offer flexible work schedule options to accommodate your needs.
**Earnings and Revenue**
As an independent contractor, your earnings will vary based on client and performance metrics. You can expect to earn competitive rates, typically ranging from $14 to $20 per hour, with additional incentives available based on client and performance metrics. Your pay will be determined by your phone call status when assisting customers.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**
To succeed as a Work at Home Customer Service Representative, you'll need:

**Technology and Equipment Requirements**

* Wired USB headset with microphone for clear communication
* High-speed wired internet with a minimum of 10 Mbps download speed for seamless connectivity
* Operating system of Windows 10 or Windows 11 (some clients may accept AppleOS)
* Valid and up-to-date antivirus software installed
* Smartphone, Android tablet, or iPad for program work, along with an authentication app
**Work Environment Requirements**
To provide exceptional customer service, you'll need a quiet, uninterrupted space with a dedicated desk area. You'll also need to ensure that your workspace meets the following requirements:
* Quiet and secure work environment during working hours
* Organized desk area
**Contractual Relationship**
As an independent contractor, you'll remain in a contractual relationship with arenaflex for the duration of your program assignment. You'll be responsible for your own taxes, benefits, and other expenses. When you receive your contract, you'll be asked to agree to have no claim against arenaflex for vacation pay, sick leave, retirement benefits, Social Security, worker's compensation, health or disability benefits, overtime, unemployment insurance benefits, or employee benefits of any kind.
**Important Information**
We're currently unable to work with contractors residing in Alaska, California, Connecticut, Delaware, Illinois, Michigan, Maine, Massachusetts, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Oregon, Rhode Island, Vermont, Washington, or Washington DC. Contractors must also successfully pass a criminal background check.
