**About the Role**
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Answering incoming calls from patients and caregivers, responding to their questions, and providing essential information
* Assisting with enrollment, program applications, and setup in applicable systems
* Retrieving information to support caregivers with payroll-related inquiries
* Utilizing de-escalation techniques to manage upset or frustrated callers
* Offering guidance and directions to caregivers and patients to resolve issues efficiently
* Documenting information and outcomes as necessary
**About You**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* At least one year of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service
* Strong computer skills, including troubleshooting and technical support
* The ability to offer empathy, patience, and a friendly demeanor at all times
* Excellent active listening skills, with the ability to handle sensitive calls and de-escalate emotionally charged situations
* Great written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on clarity and concision
* Strong attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and adapt to change in a fast-paced environment
* A quality-focused mindset, with a desire to achieve first call resolution whenever possible
* The ability to accurately and confidently work with numbers and discuss financial matters
**Your Home Office Environment**
To ensure your success as a Customer Service Representative, you'll need:
* A computer meeting the following criteria:
+ Operating System: Windows 10 or 11
+ Memory: 8GB of RAM
+ CPUs (Speed * Processors): 6
+ Hard Drive: At least 500MB of free space
+ Sound: sound card (standard on most computers)
+ Up-to-date antivirus software
+ Access to high-speed, hardwired internet (no Wi-Fi or Satellite, please)
+ Dual monitors
+ A USB noise-cancelling headset
+ A webcam for certification and training purposes
