As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for coordinating customer equipment repairs from start to finish. This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with repair technicians, manufacturing and logistics personnel. If you're a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, we encourage you to apply. **Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for the following key tasks: * Oversee customer repair requests from start to finish, ensuring timely and efficient resolution * Work closely with repair technicians to schedule and prioritize customer repairs, ensuring that all repairs are completed to the highest standards * Ensure that invoices are accurate and sent to customers in a timely manner * Run reports and analyze data to identify areas for process improvement and recommend changes to enhance productivity * Participate in and/or lead improvement activities to meet or exceed service goals, driving continuous improvement and excellence in customer service * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing and logistics, to ensure seamless communication and coordination **Skills and Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications: * Bachelor's degree and 2-5 years of customer service experience, or a combination of education and experience and/or demonstrated accomplishments * Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and quality * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders * Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of self-motivation and initiative * Ability to pass a background check and drug screen * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and recommend process improvements * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience in report writing and data analysis **Work Environment and Culture** As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment that's committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
