At arenaflex, we prioritize the overall well-being of our employees and their families, fostering a vibrant and productive work culture that embodies our core values: value, passion, excellence, empowerment, and happiness. **Key Responsibilities:** As a Customer Service Representative (Repairs and Warranties) at arenaflex, you will be responsible for: * Managing repairs from customer/channel request through delivery for Bartlesville (and possibly Warminster, PA location) * Requesting and entering required information per written process to execute repair * Managing repair priority with repair techs as appropriate to meet schedule and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) * Leading problem resolution activities, including capacity and material constraints, customer issues, and urgent repair turnaround * Completing repair orders (Service Orders, Sales Orders, Service Notifications) per process, ensuring invoices are correct and sent to customers * Supporting activities that meet the KPIs (delivery, revenue, safety, quality, integrity, etc.) required to successfully manage the business * Running reports, reviewing detailed datasets, and recommending process changes that lead to improved KPI delivery * Participating and/or leading improvement activities deemed appropriate to meet/exceed service goals * Supporting other roles or tasks as requested by management **Essential Qualifications:** * Bachelor's Degree and 2 to 5 years of experience in customer service, repair management, or a related field * Alternatively, a special combination of education and experience and/or demonstrated accomplishments * Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively * Strong analytical and technical skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in a repair management or customer service role, preferably in a manufacturing or logistics environment * Knowledge of repair processes, quality control, and inventory management * Familiarity with KPIs and performance metrics * Certification in customer service, quality control, or a related field **Skills and Competencies:** * Strong customer service skills, with the ability to resolve complaints and achieve equitable solutions * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, repair technicians, and other stakeholders * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively * Strong technical skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software * Ability to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies quickly **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits:** At arenaflex, we are committed to providing our employees with the resources, incentives, and flexibility they need to support a healthy, balanced, and fulfilling career.
