As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's dedicated to making a difference in our customers' lives. **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for: * Welcoming and engaging with customers in a professional and courteous manner * Maintaining a clean and visually appealing food mart that's well-stocked with quality food and beverage options * Representing arenaflex in a professional manner at all times, consistently demonstrating excellent customer service skills * Performing the Four Steps of Customer Service to ensure total customer satisfaction and excellent Mystery Shop reviews * Offering current promotional items and credit card applications to customers * Stocking and maintaining displays and coolers to ensure they're visually appealing to customers * Ensuring all prices are displayed correctly for each product * Maintaining the food and beverage area, including cleaning, sanitizing, and restocking as needed * Accurately conducting cash, debit, and credit transactions on the cash register (POS) * Performing simple math calculations and following company policies and procedures for cash handling * Maintaining the outdoor equipment, removing and disposing of trash and debris, sweeping and mopping floors, and cleaning station restrooms * Following shift duties schedule and performing other duties as assigned **Essential Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * High school diploma or equivalent * Basic aptitude and understanding of POS systems * Some customer service experience * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Adaptability, multi-tasking, and sound decision-making abilities * Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Excel * Ability to work any shift, Sunday to Saturday, to support arenaflex's business needs **Preferred Qualifications** * Previous experience in a retail or food service environment * Knowledge of food safety and handling procedures * Experience with cash handling and POS systems * Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical activities that require considerable use of hands, arms, and legs **Skills and Competencies** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * Excellent customer service skills, including verbal communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively * Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Proficient hand/eye dexterity to operate cash register (POS) and stock displays and coolers * Ability to communicate well enough to receive instructions and provide information to others **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their skills.
