**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to:

**Essential Qualifications**
To succeed as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
* A strong sales acumen, with a passion for driving sales and customer satisfaction
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing situations and priorities
* Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system
* High school diploma or equivalent, with a focus on customer service, sales, or a related field
* Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours, with occasional lifting and bending
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, the following qualifications will give you a competitive edge:
* Retail and customer service experience, with a proven track record of success
* Sales associate or cashiering experience, with a focus on driving sales and customer satisfaction

* Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
**Physical Requirements**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need to:
* Stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours, with occasional lifting and bending
* Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes in a shift
* Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
* Push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
* Bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift
* Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands, requiring eye-hand coordination
