**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Greeting customers, running the register, and providing excellent customer care
* Selling products to customers, making purchase suggestions, and working with our food program
* Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, both inside and out
* Providing regular and predictable onsite attendance
* Interacting with customers daily, working with a fun and energetic team to accomplish daily tasks

**Your Skills and Qualifications**
To succeed as a Customer Service Representative, you'll need:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, providing fast and friendly service to customers
* Strong sales and customer care skills, with a focus on driving sales and increasing customer satisfaction
* Ability to work as part of a team, contributing to daily goals and objectives
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Retail and customer service experience, preferably in a convenience store or similar environment
* Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours, lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds, and perform other physical requirements as outlined below
**Physical Requirements**
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll need to be able to:
* Stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours
* Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes in a shift
* Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
* Push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
* Bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift
* Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands, requiring eye-hand coordination
