As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, supporting Sales efforts, and driving business growth. You'll work closely with our Sales team to resolve customer inquiries, manage customer relationships, and maintain accurate records. **Key Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions
* Support Sales efforts by responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining accurate records

* Produce reports and analytics to support business growth and decision-making
* Collaborate with the Sales team to develop and implement sales strategies
* Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed solutions to customers

**Essential Qualifications**
* 5-7 years of experience in customer service roles, with a focus on sales support and customer engagement
* Previous experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing deadlines
* Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
* Proficiency in computer-based order processing, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and SAP-type programs
* Experience with Pentagon systems is a plus
* Engaging and professional demeanor, with a focus on building strong relationships with customers and colleagues
* Organized, focused, and team-oriented, with a commitment to delivering exceptional results
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience in the aeronautical field or related industry
* Knowledge of complex product lists and technical specifications
* Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
* Certification in customer service or sales support
