As a valued member of our team, you'll be part of a collaborative and supportive environment that encourages growth, learning, and innovation. **Key Responsibilities** As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for: * Providing exceptional customer service leadership to all customers, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded * Greeting and acknowledging all customers who enter the store, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere * Ensuring that all company policies and procedures are followed, maintaining a high level of compliance and integrity * Maintaining a clean and organized store appearance inside and out, promoting a positive image and enhancing the customer experience * Processing cash and card transactions efficiently and accurately, handling customer payments and returns with professionalism and courtesy * Implementing and maintaining merchandising and marketing programs, including plan-o-gram integrity and sign placement, to drive sales and engagement * Rotating foodservice products to ensure freshness and appeal, removing out-of-date products and maintaining a high level of product quality * Monitoring store activities to ensure that transactions are taking place in the proper manner, maintaining a secure and safe environment for customers and employees * Responding quickly to emergencies, ensuring the safety and security of customers and employees, and notifying the appropriate individuals * Unloading trucks for restocking the store, maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you'll need to: * Be able to occasionally lift 50 pounds, demonstrating physical stamina and endurance * Be able to frequently lift objects up to 10 pounds, showcasing agility and dexterity * Be able to stand for an entire shift, maintaining a high level of energy and focus * Possess the ability to handle routine physical tasks such as climbing, squatting, kneeling, pushing, and/or pulling, demonstrating adaptability and resilience * Be comfortable working in intermittent temperatures for short periods of time, including in the store, outside, and in the cooler * Be available to work various shifts and days of the week as required by the retail environment, including weekends, evenings, and busy periods/holidays * Have retail experience, preferably in a customer-facing role, demonstrating a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices **Essential Skills and Competencies** To excel in this role, you'll need to possess: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers, colleagues, and management effectively * Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions * A high level of adaptability and flexibility, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and respond to changing circumstances * A strong work ethic and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service, with a focus on meeting and exceeding customer expectations * Basic math skills and accuracy, with the ability to handle cash and card transactions efficiently and accurately * A strong understanding of retail operations and procedures, with the ability to maintain a high level of compliance and integrity **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to supporting the growth and development of our employees.
