**What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing excellent customer service by assisting customers and their families with inquiries and resolving issues in real time
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, text messaging, and MyChart in a timely and professional manner
- Documenting all customer interactions, inquiries, complaints, and resolutions accurately in the Electronic Medical Record and/or customer Relations Management System
- Working closely with center and support departments to effectively solve customer issues and communicate feedback
- Participating in training programs to enhance knowledge of services and customer service skills
**What is Required (Qualifications):**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- A minimum of one (1) year of experience in a customer service role
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- A proven track record of maintaining productivity and availability in a remote work environment
**How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):**
While not required, the following qualifications will make you an even stronger candidate:
- An Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Customer service, call center service, or similar certification
- Experience in a call center environment
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and electronic medical records (EMR)
- Experience with Epic EMR is preferred
