As you continue to grow and challenge yourself, you'll discover your potential can take you anywhere you want to go. **Your Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include: * **Fielding Customer Inquiries**: Connect with customers via phone, email, chat, or social media to resolve their questions or concerns. * **Resolving Issues**: Calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues that may arise. * **Escalating Interactions**: Escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate. * **Responding to Requests**: Respond to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments. * **Tracking Call Information**: Track all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes. * **Providing Feedback**: Provide feedback on call issues. * **Upselling**: Upsell if required. **What We're Looking For** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * **High School Diploma or Equivalent**: A high school diploma or equivalent is required. * **IT/Network Certifications/Degrees**: IT/network certifications/degrees are preferred. * **Age**: You must be at least 18 years old. * **Call Center Experience**: Proven call center experience is essential. * **Typing Speed**: You should be able to type at least 25 words per minute. * **PC Operation and Navigation**: Proficiency in PC operation and navigation is required. * **Network Troubleshooting**: Entry-level network troubleshooting skills are necessary. * **Home Wi-Fi Setup**: Ability to set up home Wi-Fi network. * **Router/switch Configuration**: Ability to set up and configure a router or switch. * **Computer Proficiency**: Core proficiency with a laptop or desktop computer. * **Independence**: Ability to work independently. * **Communication Skills**: Excellent communication skills, both oral and written. * **Composure**: Ability to stay composed and objective. * **Listening Skills**: Strong listening skills. * **Virtual Team Environment**: Ability to work in a constantly changing and fast-paced environment. **Being One of Our People** At arenaflex, we're committed to creating an environment that promotes happiness from the inside out.
