* Arranging sports events packages, concerts, theatre, theme parks, tours, excursions for families, couples, singles, businesses, and more
* Determining customer's needs and preferences, such as schedules, costs, and payment plans
* Planning and arranging event packages
* Booking reservations for travel, hotel, flights, rental cars, special events, honeymoons
* Providing exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
* Building strong relationships with clients, resulting in repeat business and referrals
* Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client requests
* Staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide expert advice to clients
