As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, handling inbound customer calls with poise, empathy, and a solutions-focused mindset. You'll work from the comfort of your own home, enjoying a flexible schedule and the freedom to manage your work-life balance. Here's a glimpse into your day-to-day responsibilities:
* Handle a high volume of customer inquiries with ease, using your problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues and de-escalate tense situations.
* Personalize each customer interaction, tailoring your approach to meet their unique needs and preferences.
* Answer incoming calls, resolving issues related to refunds, payments, orders, and account data.
* Collaborate with your team to share best practices and stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company initiatives.
* Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and stay ahead of the curve.

**Compensation and Benefits**
As a valued member of our team, you can expect:
* A competitive starting rate of $15.00 per hour, with automatic increases in pay every 6 months for 2 years.
* A Pay for Performance incentive program, paid out monthly to eligible team members, recognizing your hard work and dedication.

**System Requirements**
To ensure a seamless customer experience, our Work at Home Team Members must maintain the necessary system requirements. These include:
* A self-provided computer or laptop, running a Microsoft Operating System, not older than 3 years.
* A headset compatible with arenaflex specifications.
* A high-speed internet connection (satellite, broadband, wireless, mobile, or dial-up services are not permitted).
* A Mac or Apple product, Chromebook, Surface, or notebook are not supported.
**Training Schedule**
Your arenaflex career begins with a paid training period, where attendance and participation are required. Your first day will be on a Thursday to complete Tech Set Up. After that, you'll embark on a 6-week training program, Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm ET. Your training schedule and working schedule post-training will differ.
