**Job Summary:**
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences to our valued clients. * Provide superior customer experience on calls to consumer card members, ensuring that every interaction is positive, informative, and resolves the customer's issue.

* Provide options and follow superior service no call handling skills to ensure the best possible solutions and first call resolution (FCR) to card members.
* Develop a deep understanding of the customer's mood, profile, and needs, and leverage this information to provide personalized benefits and products that meet their requirements while adhering to laid guidelines.
* Deliver customer, employee, and shareholder metrics as per goals, highlighting issues through feedback and recommending changes in workflows, procedures, and service levels to meet customer demands and ensure quality service.
* Adhere to quality and compliance guidelines, taking quick decisions and responding to customer inquiries in a timely and effective manner.
* Demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication, and listening skills, with excellent verbal communication and a customer-focused approach.
* Work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with colleagues to achieve shared goals and objectives.
* Develop and maintain a deep understanding of arenaflex products and services, using this knowledge to provide informed solutions to customer inquiries.
