**Job Summary:**
We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. This is a remote role with in-person training, requiring you to live within a commutable distance of our Warwick, RI location. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients' customers, responding to requests, and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Enhance and strengthen relationships between customers and clients through consistent, professional service
- Respond to customer requests via telephone, researching and resolving issues related to client policies and procedures
- Assist with site access and refer requests for policy modifications to appropriate areas
- Work collaboratively with the team to improve service to internal and external customers
- Demonstrate a true desire to help people and possess a professional and engaging phone voice
- Utilize strong troubleshooting skills to resolve technical issues related to browsers, cookies, and cache
- Access and navigate multiple electronic systems to provide complete responses
**Essential Skills and Experience:**
- 1-2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role (considering those with customer service experience)
- Intermediate computer literacy and proficiency
- Ability to multi-task and operate multiple screens while speaking with customers
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Ability to work shifts between 8 AM and 11 PM ET, Monday through Friday (including evening shifts)
**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Previous call center experience
- Ability to learn quickly and obtain functional knowledge of company products
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, along with a professional and engaging phone voice
- Superior telephone etiquette and active listening skills
- Ability to work in a team environment and independently from home
- Flexibility to work various shifts within hours of operation
**Training and Onboarding:**
- In-person training at our Warwick, RI location from May 27th, 2025, to June 27th, 2025
- Hours of training: 8:30 AM - 5 PM EST, Monday through Friday
- Post-training hours: 8 AM - 11 PM ET, Monday through Friday
- Consistent schedule within the designated hours after training

- Virtual role with periodic visits to the assigned GCSO office for team events, meetings, training, and business continuity
